Response to Sedaris

I liked the story alot an found it easy to understand. Also, I thought it was funny and got alot of laughs. In a very mild way I can relate to him. I find myself tapping things in my house like the heater more than once and also checking the house door multiple times when i leave to make sure its locked even though I knew it was locked the first time. I felt bad for him in the story because it seemed that everyone was mean to him and didn't take his illness into consideration. It would be very challenging and stressful to go through life like he is  I think that smoking cigarettes occupied his mind and that left less free time for him to think extensively.
